Perform outbound DC functions such as loading, picking, and packing orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper labeling and weight limits.
Locate and pull merchandise by matching item codes, stage items, and mark totes by customer number for shipment.
Operate RF units, voice picking equipment, and other outbound tools to verify and load freight correctly, securing items for transport.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, repair totes as needed, and ensure safety standards are followed.
Assist in training new team members, communicate procedural updates, and support departmental goals.
Skills required include strong communication, quick number recognition, and math skills.
Preferred qualifications include warehouse experience, high school diploma or GED, and multilingual ability (Spanish preferred).
