Volt is immediately hiring for a2nd shift Deburrfor a company located in Santa Ana CA.As a2nd shift Deburryou willJob Description Day to Day Responsibilities Use surface de-burring sanding and grinding tools to remove excess metal from manufacture parts to specification. Visually and physically inspect forged parts to ensure all excess metal is removed. Select the proper size de-burrgrinder to remove excess metal from manufactured parts. Remove defects and flash extension per part requirements. Maintain accurate part and or work piece counts. Assure quality and production requirements are met as per the job-specific traveler.This is a full time opportunity. 5days a week. 8 hours per day.The ideal candidate will have Required Skills & Qualifications Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered. Must have 2-3years with manufacturing background Prior experience working with air powered tools on metal partsproducts. Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment. Attention to detail accuracy dependability persistence. Visual examination of finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish Grinding surface grinding and construction background is a plus.
