Job Description

Do you enjoy working in collaborative team oriented environments? Pro Resources is seeking qualified Deflashing candidates to join the team. This company is a leading manufacturer of quality custom molded and painted plastic products for the agriculture field. This company hosts celebration meals for every holiday, offer a gain share bonus each month and offers referral bonuses. 


Shift and Compensation 
  • 3:00pm-1:00am
  • mon- thurs with OT on Friday/Sat
  • $22 an hour 
  • monthly gainshare bonuses
Job Duties
  • Sanding parts when removed from Press
  • Checking parts for quality issues
  • assembling and adding hardware to parts
  • working in a team environment
Background Profile
  • Good attendance record
  • ability to lift 50 Lbs regularly
  • ability to bend, squat, twist and working at a fast pace
  • ability to work with fiberglass
  • ability to work overtime as needed
