What You'll Earn
- Hourly Pay: $25–$32 per hour (based on experience) + $2.50 shift differential on top of hourly pay
- Monthly Performance Bonuses totaling up to $12,000 per year
- Overtime opportunities available

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping customer equipment safe and road-ready by:
- Performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers and fleet equipment
- Completing work orders using modern software and diagnostic tools
- Following all safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Working collaboratively with other technicians to meet shop goals
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of trailer or fleet maintenance experience
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
