Legacy Staffing has partnered with a World-Class Hospital in Cleveland, OH to hire an EVS Housekeeping Supervisor. This is a second shift opportunity with a pay rate of $25/hour. This role focuses on overseeing EVS housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and efficient team performance in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the shift
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and maintained according to OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for shifts
- Train and mentor new employees on proper cleaning procedures and techniques
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with cleaning protocols
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain Inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and any additional items as needed
- Collaborate with other shift Managers and Supervisors to improve processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role; preferably in a hospital or commercial cleaning environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and sanitation practices
- Proficient in floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Detail-oriented with focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
