2nd Shift Fabricator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Jasper, TN. This role is responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and welding metal components based on blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience working with steel, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Fabricators play a key role in transforming raw materials into finished products used across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble metal components to specifications
• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and other materials
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, press brakes, and grinders
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of fabrication or welding experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints
• Experience working with steel or heavy materials preferred
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and measurement skills required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
