Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM-2:00 AM

LINK Staffing is hiring a 2nd Shift Filling Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire manufacturing opportunity in Houston. This position pays $18.00 per hour and works Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. This role is a good fit for someone with production experience who can operate filling equipment, support changeovers, complete quality checks, and work safely in a chemical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor filling equipment during production runs
• Adjust equipment to help meet production and quality goals
• Support setup, line clearance, product changeovers, and cleaning
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report problems quickly
• Perform batching steps by following detailed instructions
• Make tank switches and complete valve changes
• Check fill levels, labels, date codes, and packaging quality
• Complete production logs and required paperwork
• Support safe, efficient line operations during the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing or production
• Experience operating filling, packaging, or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete paperwork accurately
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work safely around chemicals
• High school diploma or GED
• Lead or supervisory experience is a plus
