Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a 2nd Shift Final Assembly Floater for a manufacturing company in Oklahoma City. This position will primarily work in the Final Assembly department, while also assisting in other production areas as needed. We are looking for dependable candidates who can read a tape measure, safely use power tools, and adapt to different tasks throughout the facility.Job Responsibilities· Perform final assembly of products according to work instructions
· Read and accurately use a tape measure
· Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
· Float to other production departments as needed to support operations
· Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
· Follow production schedules and company procedures
· Maintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements· Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
· Experience using hand and power tools required
· Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
· Ability to adapt to different work areas and job duties
· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
· Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
· Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
· Must be able to pass a drug screen
· Must be able to pass a background checkAdditional Information· Primary assignment will be in Final Assembly, with floating to other departments as needed
· 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
· Starting pay: $18.00/hour
· Three-day weekends every week
