Are you detail-oriented with a knack for working with your hands? We are seeking a dedicated Finish/Main Bench Technician to join our evening shift team. In this role, youll be responsible for precision finishing of aluminum parts, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for the next stage of production. What Youll Do:

• Perform deburring and sanding of aluminum parts daily using a variety of hand tools to smooth surfaces and remove surface defects.
• Polish and thoroughly clean each part to meet quality standards.
• Set up and operate deburring hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure deburred parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
• Stand continuously at your workbench, using precise hand movements and manual dexterity.
• Bending, twisting, and working in various postures to access different parts.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance to support production flow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting or machine shop preferred.
• 1-3 years of deburring experience handling aluminum parts is ideal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and processes.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Operates in a foundry environment with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including earplugs, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
• Must be physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, twisting, and manual tasks with accuracy.
• Visual acuity for close-up work is necessary.
