Partners Personnel is Hiring - 2nd Shift Reach & Cherry Picker Forklift Operators

Partners Personnel is currently seeking experienced Reach and Cherry Picker Forklift Operators for a 2nd shift opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience who are comfortable operating order pickers, reach trucks, and using RF scanners in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Reach Truck / Cherry Picker Operator

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM + OT and Saturday as needed

Pay Rate: $17.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform RF Cluster Picking, RF A-Frame/V-Frame Replenishments, RF Cart Build, RF Audit Counting, and RF Put Away.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity through the cycle count process.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Support warehouse operations and assist other departments as needed.

Cherry Picker Duties:

• Operate cherry pickers and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.

• Position forks or lifting devices to move materials to designated warehouse locations.

• Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.

• Stack and organize inventory within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating an order picker / cherry picker.

• Experience using RF scanners for picking and inventory tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted.

• Basic computer skills and strong math abilities.

• Ability to pass a forklift physical and drug screening.
