Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up forklift, reach truck, or electric pallet jack safely and efficiently in high-traffic, narrow-aisle environments.
- Load, unload, stage, and move inbound and outbound freight and pallets.
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Scan and track inventory accurately using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or RF scanner.
- Wrap pallets, stack goods in designated bays, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Experience: Minimum [1–2] years of verifiable experience operating a stand-up forklift or reach truck.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification or the ability to pass an on-site safety and operational evaluation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
