Job Summary
We are seeking a safe, reliable, and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse and logistics team. You will be responsible for operating powered industrial equipment to load/unload shipments, transport raw materials, and stage products for distribution. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, maintains inventory accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Equipment: Safely maneuver a forklift (stand-up, sit-down, or reach truck) in crowded and busy warehouse environments.
  • Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload transport trailers, containers, and delivery trucks.
  • Inventory Management: Transport materials between storage areas and production lines; assist with inventory counts and RF scanning.
  • Order Preparation: Retrieve, prepare, and wrap customer orders for shipment according to schedule.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical faults, and keep operating areas free from debris and spills.
  • General Warehouse: Assist the warehouse team with general duties when required.

 


Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: [1-2]+ years of experience driving powered industrial equipment (stand-up reach and sit-down experience preferred).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Good hand-eye coordination, basic mathematical skills, and the ability to read purchase/work orders.
  • Work Ethic: Strong safety awareness, teamwork capabilities, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Shift: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 12 :30 AM, Monday - Friday
