As a Forklift Driver, you'll support daily warehouse activities, ensuring the smooth flow of shipments and inventory management. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team to uphold safety standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of operations.

What You’ll Do
As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for:
  • Safely operating sit-down and reach forklifts, along with pallet jacks, to unload, receive, and organize merchandise.
  • Preparing products for shipment by accurately stacking and labeling.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.
  • Performing quality inspections of components and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Completing documentation tasks following Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ensuring all records are precise and up-to-date.
  • Supporting safety protocols while working in refrigerated and ambient environments, including freezer areas at -20°F.
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed to support team success.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Experience using RF devices and warehouse equipment, with prior forklift operation (sit-down or reach forklifts).
  • Valid certification to operate forklifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
  • Physical stamina to sit, stand, walk, and work efficiently in cold, hot, and refrigerated environments.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail, along with a proactive attitude.
