Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Lead to oversee operations on 2nd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards while actively operating a forklift.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support daily forklift operations on 2nd shift

Supervise and guide team members to meet production and efficiency goals

Operate forklift safely and efficiently throughout the shift

Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

Assist with training and onboarding of new employees

Monitor workflow and address any operational issues as they arise

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of forklift experience required

Prior lead or supervisory experience required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Reliable and able to start immediately
