2nd Shift Towmotor Operator / Shredder Operator
Now Hiring – 2nd Shift Towmotor Operator / Shredder Operator
Must be available on 1st shift for training 4-6 weeks
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused employee to join our team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for operating a towmotor (forklift), assisting with shredder machine operations, and performing general labor duties as needed in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities

• Operate towmotor/forklift safely and efficiently 
• Load and unload materials throughout the facility 
• Assist with operation of industrial shredder equipment 
• Monitor shredder performance and report mechanical issues 
• Sort, move, and stage materials for production 
• Perform general labor duties including cleanup and housekeeping 
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures 
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

Qualifications

• Previous towmotor/forklift experience required 
• Shredder or industrial equipment experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment 
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout shift 
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
