2nd Shift Towmotor Operator / Shredder Operator Now Hiring – 2nd Shift Towmotor Operator / Shredder Operator Must be available on 1st shift for training 4-6 weeks We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused employee to join our team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for operating a towmotor (forklift), assisting with shredder machine operations, and performing general labor duties as needed in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities
Operate towmotor/forklift safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials throughout the facility
Assist with operation of industrial shredder equipment
Monitor shredder performance and report mechanical issues
Sort, move, and stage materials for production
Perform general labor duties including cleanup and housekeeping
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work closely with production and maintenance teams
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Previous towmotor/forklift experience required
Shredder or industrial equipment experience preferred
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout shift
Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
