We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused employee to join our team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for operating a towmotor (forklift), assisting with shredder machine operations, and performing general labor duties as needed in a fast-paced industrial environment.Responsibilities- Operate towmotor/forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials throughout the facility
- Assist with operation of industrial shredder equipment
- Monitor shredder performance and report mechanical issues
- Sort, move, and stage materials for production
- Perform general labor duties including cleanup and housekeeping
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications- Previous towmotor/forklift experience required
- Shredder or industrial equipment experience preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout shift
- Must follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
