Pay: $19/hour

Job Summary

Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage product while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse and greenhouse environment. This role is essential to keeping inventory accurate and shipments moving on time.

Key Duties

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently

• Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments

• Pull, stage, and prepare product for shipment (FIFO)

• Supply packing lines with correct product

• Inspect forklift and perform minor maintenance

• Keep walkways and work areas clean and debris-free

• Dispose of compost and garbage properly

• Assist in greenhouse during cleanout season as needed

Requirements

• Forklift training/certification required

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions

• Warehouse may be hot or cooled

• Must climb in/out of forklift and work 8–15 hour shifts
