Location: Bristol, PA
Pay: $23.50/hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

About the Role

We’re hiring Work Area Leads to support a busy production and packaging operation with a leading cosmetics manufacturer. In this role, you’ll help guide daily workflow, support the team on the floor, and make sure orders are processed safely, accurately, and on time.

If you’re someone who enjoys being hands-on, keeping things organized, and helping a team stay on track—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day activities on the production floor
• Assign team members to workstations and keep operations running smoothly
• Monitor productivity and step in when support is needed
• Train and coach employees on processes, safety, and quality standards
• Check orders and finished products for accuracy and quality
• Help resolve inventory or workflow issues
• Partner with supervisors to meet daily shipping and production goals
• Track and report basic performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in production, distribution, or a lead role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Additional Details

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of distribution or quality experience preferred
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus
• Must be open to overtime, including weekends during peak season
• Background check required
