We are currently looking for a dependable and eager-to-learn 2nd Shift General Laborer to join a well-established manufacturing company in Columbiana, OH. This role involves supporting the production of plastic products in a busy manufacturing facility. You will assist in assembling, labeling, inspecting, and organizing finished products, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Hours:
2nd Shift — 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, may include weekends based on production needs

Pay:
$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the manufacturing of plastic products
• Install components into molded items
• Stack and organize finished products
• Label and inspect products for quality control
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
• Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Open and flexible availability due to the 24/7 production schedule
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills:
• Previous manufacturing or plastics experience (not required)
• Basic troubleshooting skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous general labor or manufacturing experience a plus

Other Requirements:
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
