Sigma Systems is hiring experienced General Labor / Forklift Operators for a 2nd shift opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. If you have experience operating electric or propane forklifts, working in warehouse/distribution environments, and using SAP and RF scanners, we want to hear from you.

Position Details
- Job Title: General Labor / Forklift Operator
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
- Duration: 5-Month Contract
- Interview Type: Onsite Interview Required
Key Responsibilities
- Operate electric and propane-powered forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and warehouse transactions
- Perform inventory control and cycle count activities
- Utilize SAP to process warehouse and inventory transactions
- Support distribution center operations and material handling activities
- Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general labor duties as assigned
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts)
- Electric or propane forklift experience
- SAP warehouse/distribution system experience
- RF Gun / RF Scanner experience
- Distribution center or warehouse experience
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a dusty, fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
