General Laborer

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:30pm - 11:00 PM

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join a growing rug manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and handling of rugs.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
