Job Title: General Production Associate
Pay: $24/hour
Hours: MondayThursday, 4:00pm2:00am (2nd Shift)

As a General Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting various production processes to ensure high-quality output and smooth daily operations. You'll be cross-trained across key departments and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do
As a General Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

Moving between different work areas based on production needs, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
Training and working proficiently in at least two areas, such as Manual Prep, CNC operations, Hone and Polish, Etching, Tube and Labeling, Wheel Dressing, or EDM Machine operation.
Following shop documents, drawings, and specifications accurately to ensure product quality.
Maintaining a strong attention to detail to uphold high standards of quality.
Supporting and assisting fellow team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Performing additional duties as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and overall efficiency.

What You'll Bring

High School Diploma or GED.
Strong math and counting skills to ensure precision.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
