You'll coordinate and support your team, promote a positive work environment, and uphold safety and hygiene standards. Additional duties include training staff, resolving cleaning issues promptly, and ensuring all work meets our high standards for a clean and welcoming facility.What you'll do as an Exceptional Team MemberPerform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning floors and surfacesClean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies and empty trashRespond promptly to spills, restroom issues, and special cleaning requestsInspect work areas to ensure quality standards are metRestock carts and closets at shift's end and monitor inventory levelsAttend to the client's requests and ensure inventory accuracyAssist with training new team members and provide supervision in the supervisor's absenceWhat you'll need to be an Extraordinary Team MemberPrevious experience in a Lead or supervisory role requiredAt least one (1) year of janitorial or related experienceStrong communication and team leadership skillsExperience managing cleaning crews and overseeing workflowComfortable using a radio and iPhone for work ordersAble to follow management directions and work independentlyFlexible availability, including weekends and possible overtimeBilingual, multi-taskerThe Harvard PromiseJoin our team of Extraordinary People committed to delivering Exceptional Service.
