Twin Resources is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Northwest Dayton area to hire a hands-on Machine Maintenance Technician. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping production running, this is a solid opportunity to step into a critical role.

What You'll Be Doing

This position is 80% PMs and 20% repair work.

Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment and identifying root causes
Perform repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment
Handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
Complete preventative maintenance (PMs) to minimize downtime
Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing defective parts
Use shop equipment like lathes, drill presses, and grinders
Test and validate machine performance after repairs

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical + basic electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with hand tools and metalworking equipment
Preventative maintenance experience
High school diploma or GED required
Maintenance apprenticeship or technical training = strong plus
