Job Overview: We are currently hiring Injection Mold Operators for both 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in Palmer, MA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding machines and monitor production
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Trim, sort, and package finished materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety and production procedures
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Injection molding experience is a plus (will train the right candidate)
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Good attendance and work ethic
