Job Title: Injection Molding Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Franklin, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $19.50 + based on experience
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for an injection molding operator role with a leading medical device manufacturer in the Franklin, WI. An excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clean, regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications
- Follow detailed work instructions, including sanitizing components and maintaining proper handling standards
- Weigh, package, and label finished products accurately to meet production requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Accurately document assembly, inspection, and packaging results
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
