Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Track inventory movement and update records in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping departments to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment as needed.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations for efficient inventory control.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze trends to improve inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners when certified.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of barcode scanning and RFID inventory systems.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
