2nd Shift Picker/Packer Assembly
Pay: $17.65/hour

In this hands-on position, you will gather printed materials, verify quality standards, package products, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble customer orders according to specifications
• Inspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Package and label products for shipment
• Verify quantities and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
• Meet production and shipping deadlines
• Work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to inspect and handle printed materials with care
• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Experience with shipping, packaging, and labeling procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of materials as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
