We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical partner to manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced in compliance with batch record requirements and product specifications. As a member of the team, you will help safeguard product quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You"ll Do

  • Check production lines to make sure work is being done according to instructions, product requirements, and quality standards.
  • Inspect equipment before production starts to ensure it is clean and ready to use.
  • Complete quality checks accurately and on time.
  • Record inspection results and observations in required documentation.
  • Work with production employees to correct issues and verify that changes were effective.
  • Report quality concerns and problems to the appropriate team members.
  • Notify the Quality team of any products or processes that do not meet requirements.
  • Help investigate quality issues and identify the cause of problems.
  • Assist with corrective actions to prevent issues from happening again.
  • Support process improvement projects that increase quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Help maintain a culture focused on quality, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Reliable transporation
  • Experience working within a fast-paced evironment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
