Lathe Operator
1st Shift: 4PM – 4AM
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
A manufacturer and assembler of automatic clutch modules for Ford and GM has partnered with Pro Resources, and we’re looking for Machine Operators!
Duties:
- Using basic hand gauges (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, etc.) and specialized gauges (surfcom, air gauge, equator, etc.)
- Record machine, product, and delivery data in computer system and/or paper
- Meet daily targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Using basic hand tools (Allen wrench, pliers, screwdriver, etc.) to maintain machine/tooling
- Will regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
-CNC experience preferred but not required (will train)
- HS Diploma/GED
- Light felonies approved case-by-case; None within 3 years, nothing involving children, NO violent felonies OR misdemeanors
- 5 panel drug screen - not tested for THC - unless accident
- Steel toes required, jeans, t-shirt
Breaks
- Every few hours first break 10 mins, lunch 15 mins, next break 10 mins
- Large break room w/ refrigerator, vending machines
- NOT ABLE TO LEAVE!
- Smoking allowed in designated areas
