A West Point, MS industrial manufacturing facility is currently in search of a 2nd Shift Lead Person and Quality Control Technician. Hours will be Mon-Fri, 2pm-1am, with some overtime expected. The pay range for this position starts at $22 an hour. Duties include: -Lead and mentor team members.-Communicate job expectations to your team.-Report all progress—production, shipping, and material—as well as any delays.-Enhance safe operations.-Must understand the process flow from sales, order entry, CAD, to shop processing.-Verify all orders and materials are in place to complete your shift then set up for the next shift.-Verify the quantity and quality of shift production.-Verify finished goods put away accuracy.-Keep work areas clean and orderly.-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.-Other duties as assigned.
