Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 3:30 PM–1:30 AM

Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Bilingual Production Lead for a leading food manufacturing facility in Streamwood, IL. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, guiding employees, and helping the team meet safety, quality, and productivity expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support general labor employees throughout the shift.

• Assign daily tasks and provide clear work instructions.

• Communicate effectively with employees and management in English and Spanish.

• Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and employee performance.

• Ensure employees follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.

• Assist with training and coaching new and current employees.

• Help resolve production issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Support produce trimming, cutting, slicing, packing, palletizing, and material handling.

• Confirm production areas remain clean, organized, and properly supplied.

• Complete required reports and communicate shift updates to management.

• Lead by example and remain actively involved in production operations.

Requirements:

• Previous lead or supervisory experience is required.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Previous manufacturing or food-production experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to give clear instructions and professionally coach employees.

• Comfortable working in a cold environment of approximately 36°ree;F.

• Ability to stand for eight or more hours per shift.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Able to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and schedule flexibility are required.
