Service Metal is looking for experienced Lead Material Handlers for our distribution warehouse. In this role, you will be expected to work with a high performing team to receive, ship, and inventory metal pipe fittings, valves, and flanges using RF scanners, powered industrial trucks, and related equipment. This position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and consistent operational execution-not just experience or tenure. While it is a hands-on warehouse role, it is intended for individuals who operate at a higher level by guiding others in real time, reinforcing expectations, and improving daily performance.What We're Looking For: 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience in a Lead/Senior role Demonstrated ability to lead, train, or coach others in an operational environment Forklift certified, with train the trainer experience a plus.
