Our client is a leader in designing, applying, and installing controls and instrumentation to measure and manage airflow systems. Their products serve commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC applications worldwide. Our client offers a great opportunity to be part of an important industry, with on-the-job training provided.
Hours:- Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am
Pay:- $17.00 per hour, with potential to earn $18.00 once hired in
Key Responsibilities:- Work within a team to assemble products and components repeatedly both on and off the assembly line
- Follow detailed assembly procedures and work instructions
- Read and interpret spec sheets to assemble components into finished products
- Rotate through tasks to learn the entire production process for your assigned line
- Perform simple quality checks on individual parts and finished products
- Use various machines and hand tools to complete tasks
- Position and align parts according to specifications
- Prepare finished products for shipment
Minimum Requirements:- Previous experience in manufacturing and assembly is helpful but not required
- Ability to read and interpret spec sheets
- Capable of lifting and moving at least 25 pounds
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Familiar with basic hand tools and computers
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience using hand tools and small machinery
- Basic computer skills
