Pay: $17 - 22 per hour (Based on Experience) 
Hours: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (may train on 1st shift)

As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Production Department by operating and managing production machinery efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations and outstanding product quality. What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating various machinery to produce candles and associated products, including pouring, extruding, pressing, and dipping.
  • Measuring, recording, and adjusting machine settings to maintain consistency and meet quality standards.
  • Minimizing downtime and scrap by proactively identifying issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Performing pre-shift inspections, troubleshooting equipment, and resolving raw material problems.
  • Executing machine/product changeovers, including adjusting dies, molds, wax blends, wicks, blocks, fill heights, and cutting blades.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of machine operating experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The capacity to work independently and within a team.
  • Good manual dexterity, coordination, and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
