Machine Operator – Blow Mold InjectionSURESTAFF is Now Hiring Machine Operators!Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow? SURESTAFF is seeking motivated individuals to join a manufacturing team that produces plastic bottles using blow mold injection machines. Previous machine operating experience is a plus, but training will be provided.Position Details
  • Job Title: Machine Operator – Blow Mold Injection
  • Pay During Training: $20.00/hour
  • Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Training Duration: Approximately 2 weeks (may vary based on individual progress and performance)
  • Post-Training Schedule: 2nd Shift – Rotating Schedule
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Long-Term Opportunity
Job Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor blow mold injection machines used in the production of plastic bottles.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Remove finished products from machines and prepare them for packaging.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments as instructed during training.
  • Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete production and quality documentation as required.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on machine operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to work a rotating 2nd shift schedule after training.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is a plus, but not required.
