Required Skills ----------------
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of production experience • Assembly line experience • Proficiency in packaging and labeling processes • Strong ability to stand for extended periods • Basic reading and writing skills • Bilingual is preferred • Effective communication skills • Capability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Flexibility to rotate within departments as needed • Willingness to work overtime • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently and reach overhead
Nice to Have Skills -------------------
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance • Team leadership or mentoring experience
