What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating machines safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Changing film and other materials on machines with care and attention.
• Supporting the production line by assisting team members and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity.

Skills You'll Need to Shine:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn machine operation.
• Attention to detail to ensure changeovers and output meet quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with your colleagues.
• Basic troubleshooting abilities to identify and address minor machine issues.

Nice to Have (But Not Required!):

• Previous experience in film handling or working with packaging machinery.
• Familiarity with production line environments.
• Ability to read simple technical documents or work instructions.
• Comfort using hand tools or performing light maintenance tasks.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is a plus but not mandatory.
