Schedule:- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00pm–7:00am
Summary:- Operate and monitor machines used in candle production
- Set up machines, raw materials, and supplies to meet production schedules
- Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency and standards are met
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork on the production floor
Responsibilities:- Safely operate machines used in candle production including pouring, extruding, pressing, and dipping
- Measure, record, and adjust machine settings to maintain product consistency
- Perform pre-shift inspections and troubleshoot machine or material issues
- Complete machine and product changeovers such as molds, wax blends, wicks, and cutting blades
- Record production data in the company tracking system
- Work with production and support teams to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the work area
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to troubleshoot machines and production issues
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment and handle materials
