Job Description
- Read and follow paint formulations and production schedules.
- Measure, weigh, and add raw materials (pigments, resins, additives, solvents) into mixing tanks.
- Operate mixers, pumps, agitators, and related manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor batch quality, viscosity, color consistency, and production specifications.
- Perform quality checks and record production data.
- Move materials and finished products using forklifts or other material-handling equipment when required.
- Clean tanks, mixers, and work areas between batches.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Work with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to keep production running efficiently.
