Machine Operator / Production Associate
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Rochester
Shift: 2nd Shift — 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Schedule: Overtime required; must be available to work 6–7 days per week
We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join a well-established local manufacturing company as Machine Operators / Production Associates. Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely to meet production goals
- Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
- Load and unload materials; some materials may weigh up to 50 pounds (lifting equipment/hoists are primarily used)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends as required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Steel-toe boots required
