Our Advanced TPU Films products serve as components in a vast range of demanding surface protection applications, encompassing transportation, electronics, aviation, medical and wind energy sectors.

ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films seeks candidates with exceptional decision-making abilities and meticulous attention to detail. With a base rate of $28.00 per hour, plus shift differential, our skilled Flat Die Extrusion Machine Operators are indispensable to the seamless operation of our daily production process. These workers create the highest quality of extruded TPU films by observing and adjusting the process parameters to ensure proper film thickness and sheet width.

Essential Functions:

• Start up and shut down equipment
• Observe and adjust process parameters
• Properly use and read a tape measure
• Perform sample inspection
• Data entry
• Perform basic die and extruder maintenance
• Operate fork truck as required
• Comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety requirements
• Adheres to ISO procedures

ORAFOL Advanced TPU Films operates on a 24/5 schedule. Education Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Suite Programs preferred

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year extrusion experience preferred

Aptitudes & Characteristics:

• Must have the ability to frequently squat, bend and reach below shoulder level
• Must have the ability to occasionally climb, push, pull and reach above shoulder level
• Must have the ability to frequently lift 50 lbs
• Must have the ability to sand and walk for 8+ hours a da
• Must has a positive "can do" attitude and a sense of accountability; takes initiative
• Must be a fast learner, driven and self-motivated; strive towards continuous improvement
