Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our team finishing truck rims. This position involves operating equipment, inspecting finished products, and performing physical production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used to finish truck rims
• Inspect finished rims for quality and defects
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and handle materials throughout the workday
• Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for 8 hours or more
• Must be reliable and have good attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $13.50/hour
