We're looking for skilled operators who take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
Operate CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting tables (Kinetic or similar) Cut heavy structural steel (3"+ plate) with precision Read blueprints and produce "bolt-ready" parts Handle materials using cranes, forklifts, and advanced lifting systems Perform quality checks to ensure AISC-level standards Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and shop efficiency
What Sets You Apart
Experience with CNC plasma or oxy-fuel cutting Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and safety Comfortable in a high-output, team-driven shop
