Do you enjoy hands-on work, fixing problems, and figuring out how things run? Join Twincraft Skincare as a Machine Set-Up Operator and play an important role in keeping our production lines moving smoothly.

In this position, you’ll set up, adjust, and repair equipment to maintain high output and quality. If you’re mechanically inclined, like to troubleshoot on the fly, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced, growing environment, this could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for:

• Mechanical aptitude and curiosity to learn
• Confidence working with equipment, even if you haven't worked in a mechanic or maintenance position before
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility
• Team-focused mindset

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift - 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday

Sign-On Bonus:

Ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 depending on skills & abilities, paid out in the first 3 months!
