Adjust Haas and Fanuc CNC controls as needed ModerateUnderstanding Uses precision measuring tools accurately including calipers depth gauges thread gauges pin gauges and similar instruments Identifies minor machine issues and reports them as needed Performs routine checks to ensure tools fixtures and equipment are functioning properly Regularly lifts or moves up to 50 lbs and performs physical tasks such as standing walking bending crouching squatting kneeling reaching and climbing Follows standard operating procedures and drawing specifications with minimal supervision Looks for ways to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance product quality through routine checks and testing Shows willingness to learn machine setup processesThis is aFull-Timetemp-to-hireOpportunityThe idealcandidate will have Required Skills & Qualifications Requires a high school education or equivalent GED Requires a minimum of 3-years of experience with vertical and horizonal CNC Mill machines Familiar with and moderateknowledge of Mastercam Solid works Solid understanding of machine controls using Haas Fanuc CNCequipment Knowledge in G & M CNCcodes Preferred Skills & Qualifications Ability to learn and understand process requirements and possess skills to troubleshoot react and correct failures in the process due to unplanned situations Skills in communication both verbal and written to optimally connect with different teams provide training and diagnosisresolve production issues Schedule Monday to Friday 215pm to 1045pmPay Rate26.25 to 30.25hr plus overtime as needed.Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration Please hit APPLY to provide the required information and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.Benefits Volt offers benefits based on eligibility that include the following health dental vision term life short term disability AD&D 401k Sick time and other types of paid leaves as required by law Employee Assistance Program EAP.Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
