2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years as a maintenance technician
• Experience working with injection molding machines
• General knowledge of the injection molding process
• Pneumatic and hydraulic experience troubleshooting molding machines
• Electrical experience is a nice to have
• Ability to troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to production equipment and building systems
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and safety features
• Ability to coordinate contract and field service work
• Familiarity with PDCA problem-solving methodology and 5S procedures
• Self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced, vertically-integrated manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and make accurate and timely repairs to all production equipment including injection molding machines
• Perform routine planned preventive maintenance on all production equipment and monitor and maintain safety features
• Display general knowledge of injection molding process and coordinate contract and field service work as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems as needed and perform routine planned preventive maintenance to critical building systems
• Utilize PDCA to solve problems and drive continuous improvements, and execute 5S procedures and standards
