2nd Shift Maintenance Technician
Hours: 2:45pm-11:15pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $25.32

What Youll Do:
As a key contributor to plant operations, you will complete maintenance assignments with speed and precision, ensuring all machinery and equipment remain in excellent operating condition. Your multi-skilled expertise will support a range of craft disciplines, making you a versatile and valuable team member dedicated to keeping our plant running at peak performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues efficiently
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper maintenance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with PLCs and automation systems
- Welding, fabrication, and hydraulic system knowledge
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule (typically afternoons to evenings)
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and safety programs
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary
