The 2nd Shift Manual Welder (Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by performing high-quality welding operations during evening production hours.
This position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure all welded components meet strict quality and safety standards. The welder works closely with production teams to interpret blueprints, select appropriate welding techniques, and complete assemblies efficiently and accurately.
The role is essential to maintaining production flow, minimizing downtime, and delivering durable, high-quality welded products on schedule.

Minimum QualificationsBlueprint reading and welding expertise are essential for producing accurate, high-quality welds that meet strict specifications. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness help ensure consistent product quality and a safe working environment during 2nd shift operations.
Preferred experience with multiple welding processes and certification enhances versatility and supports more complex fabrication tasks. Mechanical aptitude aids in maintaining equipment and reducing downtime, while communication and teamwork skills support efficient collaboration across the production floor.
