2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a mechanical inclination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Manufacturing Associate

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $21/hr

Schedule: M-F (2:30pm - 11pm) and Saturday (5 hrs) 

What's the Job?

• Follow visual instructions to complete small part assemblies.
• Utilize various hand tools and production equipment as necessary.
• Visually inspect parts that are made to ensure quality standards.
• Recognize and solve minor issues during the manufacturing process.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned to support production goals.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs frequently.
• Previous experience in the metal manufacturing/ aerospace industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
