  • Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities & Expectations
  • Develop machining process for parts fabrication, including fixtures, cutting tools, gages.
  • Support all continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed work instruction (MOT's), Set-up sheets and process plans.
  • Lead / ensure the lessons learned are shared and implemented.
  • Recommend process improvements to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Must have thorough understanding of GD&T
  • Advanced Engineering Software and ERP Software is preferred.
  • Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
  • Previous manufacturing experience related to mechanical components for aerospace preferred
  • 3 to 5 years' experience with sheet metal fabrications and welding required
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field highly preferred
  • Work onsite, in the office, sitting for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Expert ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, including contracts
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills within a production environment
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline critical production environment
  • Ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Utilization of Microsoft Office applications including Teams and other
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and be self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision.
